Artificial Intelligence (Ai) policy

nooh Studio Ltd, “nooh”, document updated 04.07.2023

Introduction

At nooh, we understand the transformative power of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its potential to optimise our operations as a small business. AI technology uses algorithms to create text, images, and other forms of media content. While we harness AI's capabilities, we remain mindful of the legitimate concerns associated with its use. This policy reflects our commitment to responsible AI usage, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring transparency.

The guidelines outlined in this policy apply to all employees, freelancers, and third-party individuals who access AI technologies or use AI tools on behalf of nooh.

Purpose of Using Artificial Intelligence (AI)

For Content Creation

We occasionally use AI to help us create well-structured, accessible, and engaging content across various platforms, including websites, videos, blogs, social media, marketing materials, and client projects. AI assists us by:

  • Improving Quality: Offering grammatical, spelling, and style recommendations to ensure our content is polished.

  • Aligning Tone: Analysing the tone and sentiment of written content to ensure it aligns with our brand values and messaging, as well as those of our clients.

  • Enhancing Clarity: Making our writing clear and concise for readers.

  • Providing Insights: Evaluating content to identify areas for additional perspectives.

  • Optimising SEO: Enhancing titles and other SEO-related elements on our website.

Please note, we do not use AI to write complete copy on our behalf. The software and technologies we use include Notion AI and Chat GPT.

For Design Processes

We use AI to streamline the creation of visually appealing and effective graphic materials, ensuring accessibility and consistency in language across all communication platforms. We do not use AI to generate imagery for any public domain.

For Software and Technology

To manage time efficiently and coordinate projects, we use AI-powered tools to:

  • Streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks, such as task assignment and deadline tracking.

The software and technologies we use for these functions include Canva, Notion, Chat-GPT, Avaza and Gmail.

Principles

We are committed to responsible and ethical AI usage by adhering to the following principles:

  • Transparency: We strive to be open and honest about our AI usage with clients and other stakeholders.

  • Privacy and Data Protection: We respect clients' privacy, ensuring that all data used by AI algorithms is collected, processed, and stored in compliance with relevant data protection laws and regulations.

  • Fairness and Inclusivity: We are dedicated to using AI in a manner that promotes fairness and avoids discrimination or bias in our processes, products, and services.

  • Accountability: We take responsibility for outputs generated using AI technology.

Our Commitment

We are committed to regularly assessing the benefits and potential risks associated with the evolving technology of AI. Our goal is to strike a balance between harnessing AI tools for enhanced efficiency and retaining control over creativity, data security, and ethical considerations. By staying vigilant and adaptable, we are confident that employing AI as described will bolster the success of our projects and help us deliver the highest standard of work.

Collaboration and Openness

At nooh, we believe in the power of collaboration. We encourage everyone to be open to asking questions, helping each other, and working together. By fostering an environment where everyone feels comfortable seeking and offering support, we can harness the full potential of our diverse team and AI technology.
